Order Processing
All USA250 products are made to order. Production typically begins shortly after your order is placed.
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order fulfillment before shipment. During holidays, major promotions, or periods of increased demand, production times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Policy
Shipping times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method at checkout.
Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete. For most domestic U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after fulfillment, though transit times may vary.
USA250 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Made-to-Order Policy
Because our items are produced on demand, each order is created specifically for the customer. This allows us to reduce overproduction and maintain a more intentional approach to apparel.
As a result, we do not keep large inventories and we do not guarantee immediate replacement availability for every style, size, or color.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

We recommend comparing the posted measurements with a favorite garment you already own before ordering.

We make every effort to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, printing methods, and material differences.
Minor placement variations in printed designs may also occur as part of the production process.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Because orders move into production quickly, requests for cancellations or changes must be made as soon as possible after purchase.
While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps. Please note that USA250 is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
